Using the documents

  • You may print, copy and use what you make.
  • You are responsible for the facts on a receipt or letter and for keeping your records.
  • Please do not resell the templates as a download.

Not legal or tax advice

The receipts, summaries and letters are fill-in templates. Rules on receipts, notice periods, rent increases and tax proof differ by place. Check your local rules or ask a professional.

Paid plans

The Landlord Pack and Multi-Property are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no automatic charge. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but check each document before you rely on it.
