Privacy policy

Receipt names, addresses, amounts, signatures and ledgers are handled in your browser and are never uploaded. We record a few anonymous usage events and the emails people choose to send us.

What stays on your device

The receipt form, your last-used details, your signature image, the receipt counter and any ledger are saved in your browser’s local storage so the next receipt is quicker. We never receive them. Clearing the site’s data in your browser removes them.

What we collect

• Usage events: a random visitor id stored in your browser, the page path, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, the country (from the network), a rough device type, and actions such as downloading a PDF, opening the pricing page or the checkout. The text you type into receipts, letters or the ledger is not sent.
• Forms: the email address and message you send through the contact form, or the email you enter at checkout.
• Network address: used only to limit how many requests one network can send, stored as a salted one-way hash in a daily counter.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no selling of data.
• Your email is used only to reply to you or to send the one message about checkout you asked for.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts the site and its database and may measure page views in aggregate.
• Google Analytics (GA4) gives us anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, the plan and price shown at checkout, and whether a download or checkout step happened. It sets its own analytics cookies in your browser. It never receives receipt text, names, addresses or your email address.
