A PDF keeps the receipt layout together when you email or print it. Choose US Letter or A4 and save a copy for your records.
How to get your PDF
- Open the receipt maker and enter the tenant, address and amount.
- Pick the rent period and how it was paid.
- Sign with your finger or mouse, or type your name.
- Choose US Letter or A4 and press Download PDF.
About the file
The PDF is made on your device, so it never passes through a server. A free PDF has one receipt per page and a small line at the bottom. The Landlord Pack removes the line and can put two or three receipts on a page, with dashed lines to cut along.
Emailing it
Attach the file to an email or message to the tenant and keep a copy. Name it with the month so it is easy to find later.

Does the PDF need an account?
No. Fill in the form and download. There is no sign-up.
What page sizes are there?
US Letter and A4.
Is the rent receipt maker free?
Yes. Single receipts are free and unlimited, one per page, with a small “Made free at Rent Receipt Maker” line at the bottom. The Landlord Pack ($4.99, one time) adds a full year of receipts in one PDF, a yearly summary, two or three receipts per page, your logo and no free line.
Is my tenant’s information safe?
The receipt is built in your browser. Names, addresses and amounts are not uploaded, and receipt details are not stored on a server. A copy of your last receipt stays in your own browser’s storage so the next one is quicker to fill in.
